Position Overview
As Finance Manager, you own Fleetlery’s finance processes across its legal entities, from controlling and management reporting to accounting workflows, planning and systems. This is not a traditional accounting role: the focus is transparency, scalable processes and reliable reporting. You develop the management reporting framework, set financial and operational KPIs, and drive budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning and variance analysis. You coordinate accounting processes with external tax advisors, keep receivables, payables, invoicing and month-end closing efficient, and further develop the setup around DATEV Unternehmen online. You also evaluate, select and implement new finance software or an ERP system where needed.

Key Responsibilities
Controlling
- Own and build the controlling and management reporting framework
- Set financial and operational KPIs and give management actionable insights
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning and variance analysis
- Create management reports, ad-hoc analyses and business cases
Finance Operations
- Take end-to-end ownership of finance processes across legal entities
- Coordinate accounting processes and work with external tax advisors
- Keep accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and month-end closing efficient
- Improve transparency across entities, customers, business units and cost centers
Systems & Growth
- Evaluate the finance tech landscape and find automation options
- Select and implement new finance software or an ERP where needed
- Develop the DATEV Unternehmen online setup and interfaces to other systems
- Support strategic finance projects tied to growth and international expansion
Qualifications
Education
- Degree in finance, accounting, controlling, business administration, economics or a comparable field
Experience & Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in controlling, finance, transaction services, audit, consulting or a comparable role
- Strong understanding of controlling, financial reporting and finance processes
- Advanced Excel and affinity for systems, data and automation
- DATEV experience is a plus; ERP, BI or system implementation experience is a strong advantage
