Position Overview
As HRBP / Personalgeschäftspartner, you manage core HR functions such as benefits administration and keep employee records accurate. You lead recruiting for the warehouse operation team, from job postings and candidate screening to onboarding, and partner with warehouse leaders to find talent. You act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, address concerns and support engagement initiatives. You make sure local, federal and state employment rules are followed, put HR policies in place, help employees see career options and look after general office management such as supplies, facilities and team events.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
Experience & Knowledge
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Personal & Language
- Bilingual Chinese and German preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Discretion with confidential information
