Position Overview
As Manager AI & Automation, you go into the holding and its subsidiaries, watch workflows, run interviews and develop AI and automation use cases together with employees. You collect ideas in a central use case portfolio, rate them on benefit, feasibility, data situation, risk and effort, and turn the top ones into technical solutions, data flows and interfaces. You build solutions yourself with Python, APIs, automation tools, LLMs, RAG and AI agents, test prototypes with the business teams and roll out the successful ones in existing systems. After handover you check usage and impact, spot data protection and IT security needs early, manage external providers and technology partners, and prepare concrete AI proposals for management.

Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience analysing digital processes and building automation or AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents or similar, and judgement on when to use them
Technical Skills
- Design and build solutions with Python, APIs and workflow or automation tools
- Understanding of data flows, interfaces and integration into existing systems
- Turn prototypes with business teams into stable solutions
Personal & Language
- Business thinking: rate benefit, effort and risk clearly
- Confident communication with staff, business teams, IT and partners
- Independent, structured and pragmatic
- Very good German and confident working English
