A good beverage section looks calm: fridges full, counter spotless, utensils shining. A Senior Barista makes that happen every shift, while still finding time to talk to guests and suggest a special drink. If you enjoy the craft and the routine behind it, this role is for you.
About the Role
The Senior Barista keeps the beverage section clean, organised and always stocked, serves guests and promotes special drinks. Day to day that means preparing requisitions for bar products, controlling stock to avoid shortages, filling fridges, preparing fresh juices and decorations, and serving drinks during service hours.
