Logistics Coordinator Jobs UAE 2026

Shipping perfume is not like shipping T-shirts. Alcohol-based fragrances count as dangerous goods in air freight, so every document, label and booking has to be right. A fragrance business is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to run the whole chain, from the online order to the customs desk to product registration.

About the Role

You will manage end-to-end logistics: e-commerce order fulfilment, warehouse and 3PL coordination, purchase orders, inventory movements, local and international freight by air, sea, road and courier, shipping documentation, customs clearance and product registration. You will work with warehouses, freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, distributors, regulatory partners and the e-commerce, finance, sales and marketing teams.

Career Impact & Growth Opportunity

Few coordinators combine freight, customs, dangerous goods and regulatory registration in one role. That mix can lead toward Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager or Regulatory Affairs roles in beauty and consumer goods across the GCC.

Why This Role Matters

A missing certificate or wrong dangerous goods declaration can hold a pallet at the airport for days. Accurate paperwork and early warnings keep customers served and launches on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce orders from receipt through fulfilment, dispatch, tracking and delivery
  • Coordinate local and international warehouses and 3PLs, and support stock reconciliation
  • Create, issue and track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
  • Book and compare freight by air, sea, road and courier, and handle customs clearance
  • Prepare shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs, bills of lading, SDS/MSDS and dangerous goods declarations
  • Coordinate product registrations and renewals for perfumes and cosmetics, and keep a registration tracker
  • Report on shipments, open POs, inventory, freight costs and delivery performance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5-7 years in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or e-commerce fulfilment
  • Perfume industry experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation, customs and import/export rules
  • Dangerous goods knowledge for alcohol-based perfumes highly preferred; GCC product registration experience an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel; ERP and e-commerce systems such as Zoho, Shopify, SAP or Oracle are a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English

About This Opportunity

The listing does not mention pay or benefits. Ask about salary, contract, visa and working hours before accepting.

Who Should Apply

This role suits logistics and freight professionals who already work with fragrance or cosmetics, enjoy detailed paperwork and can chase suppliers and forwarders without losing their calm.
