About the Role
AlphaMind develops and operates restaurants, lounge bars, beach clubs and lifestyle venues across the UAE and Europe, with brands such as CLAP, KIRA, LITT, Bar du Port and Iris. As BOH Officer you will supervise kitchen porters, stewards and cleaners, keep kitchens and storage areas clean and safe, and support smooth workflow between storage, preparation and service. You will work with the Executive Chef, Stewarding Supervisor, Store and Purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work of kitchen porters, stewards and cleaners
- Keep kitchens and storage areas clean, safe and organised
- Follow HACCP and municipality regulations, and run regular inspections
- Keep cleaning schedules, pest control records, temperature logs and maintenance reports
- Report equipment repairs to Engineering and coordinate stock of cleaning supplies and consumables
- Support banquet and outlet needs and organise deliveries using FIFO
- Cut wastage and breakages and attend BOH meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations or similar
- Minimum 3-4 years in back of house or stewarding operations
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and BOH best practice
- Good spoken and written English; other languages an advantage
- MS Office skills; hotel management systems knowledge preferred
- Leadership, organisation and ability to support several outlets under pressure
