About the Role
Graduate Employees build functional skills, business understanding and leadership potential through structured, on-the-job rotations across selected departments. The programme starts with an Operations and Brand Immersion phase. You work on tasks and projects tied to each department’s objectives and KPIs, with entry and exit reviews for every rotation and regular feedback from supervisors.

On completing the programme you present to leadership and may be considered for permanent placement in any function you trained in, subject to performance and business requirements. Placement is not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities
- Take part in assigned departmental rotations and complete the Operations and Brand Immersion phase
- Carry out tasks and projects aligned with department goals and KPIs
- Meet agreed KPIs and learning objectives for each rotation
- Join entry and exit reviews and act on supervisor feedback
- Document your learning outcomes and performance
- Work with cross-functional teams and uphold Americana’s values and code of conduct
- Give a final performance evaluation and leadership presentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or Food Science
- Graduated within the last 1-2 years, with less than 1 year of full-time experience
- Strong communication in English and/or Arabic
- Learning agility, teamwork, time management and accountability
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of business operations and interest in restaurants, retail or hospitality
