Position Overview
In this role, you prepare and follow up the operating unit on your own, including instruments, materials and equipment. You assist the surgical team at the table or as a circulating nurse, carry out and document assigned diagnostic and therapeutic measures, and, after your induction, take responsibility for the quality of nursing care under legal rules and internal guidelines. You also take part in on-call and standby duty. As practical instructor, you also guide others in the operating room service.

Qualification
- Operating room technician (OTA) or registered nurse
- Completed advanced training as a specialist nursing expert for the operating room service
- Advanced training as a practical instructor for the OR service, or willingness to complete it
