Position Overview
As EMEA HR Operations Analyst, you manage HR requests through SIMON/ServiceNow within service levels and act as first-line expert for Workday processes and transactions. You keep workforce data accurate through audits and corrections, deliver HR reporting and analytics, and support organisational changes, restructures and large data updates. You also help annual HR programmes such as merit reviews, bonus cycles and performance management, support hiring and onboarding with Talent Acquisition, assist with audit and GDPR compliance, and build training and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Workday
- Manage HR requests through SIMON/ServiceNow within service levels, with accurate case records and issue resolution
- Be first-line expert for Workday processes and HR transactions, fix workflow and approval routing issues and monitor compliance with HR policies and controls
Data, Reporting & Administration
- Keep workforce data accurate through audits, validations and corrections
- Deliver HR reporting, workforce analytics and support planning and data reconciliation
- Support organisational changes, restructures, acquisitions and large employee data updates, and run approved transactions in line with governance
Programmes & Compliance
- Work with Compensation, Talent and HR teams on merit reviews, bonus cycles, performance management and workforce planning
- Support hiring, onboarding and the recruitment-to-hire lifecycle with Talent Acquisition
- Support audit, GDPR and regulatory compliance with Payroll, Time and Attendance, Compensation and Benefits, Technology and ServiceNow teams
Improvement & Training
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support HR user training and Workday adoption, and deliver guidance materials and knowledge sessions
- Find ways to improve processes, controls and service delivery
