Position Overview
The Nutrition Specialist at Nestlé Sargodha serves as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals across the territory. This is not a conventional sales role — it is a science-based detailing position where your primary responsibility is to educate and inform healthcare professionals with accurate, evidence-based information about Nestlé’s infant nutrition products, strictly adhering to the WHO Code and all applicable local regulations. You will plan and execute territory coverage strategies, lead scientific engagement activities, monitor market dynamics, and support the development of ethical market share within the legitimate prescription space — in all cases, only where breastfeeding is not possible.

Roles & Responsibilities
Healthcare Professional Engagement
- Build strong, value-driven relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors and paramedical staff through structured, ethical engagement activities
- Deliver high-quality scientific detailing on infant nutrition products — clearly highlighting features, benefits, and appropriate usage in full alignment with WHO Code compliance guidelines
- Position Nestlé as the most credible and preferred source of scientific information on infant and maternal nutrition across the Sargodha territory
- Drive ethical market share growth within the legitimate prescription space — strictly in the absence of breastfeeding as per WHO Code principles
Territory Planning & Scientific Activities
- Execute comprehensive territory plans to ensure optimal HCP coverage, engagement frequency, and measurable impact across Sargodha
- Plan and conduct scientific activities including group presentations, speaker sessions, and roundtable discussions with healthcare professionals
- Support participation in medical conferences, professional forums, and relevant scientific events in the territory
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and prescribing behaviors — providing actionable insights to internal teams
Data, Systems & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate and fully up-to-date records of all HCP interactions through company CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent alignment on communication objectives and field execution plans
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all company assets, promotional materials, and scientific resources
Compliance & Ethics — Non-Negotiable Standards
WHO Code: Strict and unconditional adherence to the WHO Code and Local Code of Breast Milk Substitutes is mandatory for this role
No Direct Consumer Engagement: Absolutely no direct or indirect engagement with pregnant women or mothers of infants in a business capacity

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- Prior experience of 1–2 years in nutrition detailing, pharmaceutical detailing, or medical representative roles — preferred for this position
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and influence prescribing behaviors ethically
- Proven track record of working independently in dynamic, field-based, and challenging environments across a defined sales or detailing territory
- Practical experience in organizing scientific engagement activities, medical education events, or professional forums
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, territory planning, and field execution skills with a highly organized, detail-oriented approach
- Team-oriented mindset balanced with the independence and accountability required for solo territory management
