Key Responsibilities
Field Research & Agronomic Trials
- Plan, set up, and conduct field-based agronomic research trials and crop science experiments at the North Platte, NE research site
- Monitor crop growth, development, and performance throughout the growing season — recording detailed observations and field measurements
- Apply established agronomic research methodologies to assess crop varieties, soil management practices, and production inputs
- Conduct soil sampling, plant tissue sampling, and field scouting activities as part of the ongoing research programme
Data Collection, Analysis & Scientific Reporting
- Collect, compile, and accurately record agronomic research data from field trials, experiments, and laboratory analyses

- Prepare comprehensive research reports, field summaries, and scientific documentation for review by the research team and management

- Evaluate and recommend agronomic practices, input applications, and management strategies based on field research findings

Research Programme Coordination & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with research scientists, farm operations staff, and project managers to ensure research programmes run smoothly and on schedule
- Coordinate field trial activities, equipment usage, and research plot management across the North Platte research facility
- Participate in team meetings, research reviews, and scientific discussions to contribute agronomic expertise and field observations
- Support senior research scientists with agronomic expertise, field data, and practical research execution as required
Laboratory Support & Equipment Management

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
