Key Responsibilities
Driver Communication & First Point of Contact
- Serve as the primary first point of contact on site for all arriving truck drivers — greeting, directing, and coordinating drivers professionally and efficiently as they arrive at the Korbach warehouse facility
- Handle initial inquiries from drivers and external contacts by phone or in writing — providing clear, accurate, and timely responses that support smooth warehouse inbound and outbound operations

SAP EWM Inbound & Outbound Bookings
- Process all inbound and outbound bookings accurately and in a timely manner within Samsung SDS’s SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) system — ensuring all goods movements are correctly recorded in the system
- Maintain data accuracy and completeness within SAP EWM across all warehouse transactions — ensuring the system reflects real-time inventory and goods movement status at all times
- Archive all shipping documents and delivery paperwork in an organized, systematic, and retrievable manner — maintaining full documentation compliance with Samsung SDS’s operational and regulatory requirements
- Support the optimization of SAP EWM booking processes — identifying errors, flagging system discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement of data entry accuracy and booking efficiency
Inventory Stocktaking & General Warehouse Administration
- Participate actively in regular inventory checks and stocktaking activities — contributing accurate counting, systematic recording, and discrepancy identification to support overall inventory integrity across the Korbach facility
- Support the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies identified during stocktaking — liaising with warehouse operations and the management team to understand root causes and implement corrective measures

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Background
- Completed vocational training or relevant experience in logistics, warehouse administration, supply chain, or a closely related commercial or administrative field — providing a solid practical foundation for this role
- Practical experience in warehouse or logistics administration — including experience as a first point of contact for drivers, customer inquiry handling, or warehouse management system operations

Technical Skills
