 Position Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator at Ross Video Hamburg is the operational heart of the local field services support function. You will own the day-to-day organization of the Hamburg warehouse — managing inventory, creating packing lists, processing goods receipts, procuring consumables, and performing technical check-ins and check-outs of Ross Video systems and modules. Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Documentation

  • Create accurate packing lists for all outbound transports and equipment shipments from the Hamburg warehouse
  • Record and process incoming goods receipts with accuracy and timely system entry
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory lists covering ropes, truss, consumables, and all warehouse stock categories
  • Handle all general administrative tasks supporting Hamburg field services warehouse operations daily

Warehouse Organization & Purchasing

  • Establish and continuously maintain order across all warehouse storage areas and disposal processes
  • Procure consumables for the warehouse and manage replenishment to avoid operational shortfalls
  • Organize waste disposal in full compliance with Hamburg location standards and applicable regulations
  • Ensure all goods are correctly stored, safely organized, and deployment-ready at all times

Check-In / Check-Out of Systems & Modules

  • Manage the complete check-in and check-out process for all Ross Video systems and modules including packaging verification
  • Track all equipment movement accurately to maintain full asset accountability across the Hamburg location
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure equipment is packaged, verified, and ready for on-time deployment

Technical Checks & Equipment Maintenance

  • Assemble and disassemble Ross Video systems for testing purposes before and after field project deployment
  • Conduct technical inspections of systems and facilities following project completion at the Hamburg site
  • Perform simple repairs and routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and production systems as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Training

  • Completed commercial vocational training in a relevant logistics, technical, or operations-related discipline
  • Basic working knowledge of logistics principles and merchandise management practices

Technical Knowledge

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication tasks
  • Foundational understanding of electronics, network technology, and mechanics relevant to AV and broadcast equipment
