 Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Overarching Planning

  • Take full responsibility for overarching supply chain planning processes, ensuring all project stakeholders are aligned, informed, and actively contributing to shared objectives
  • Synchronize the goals of all participants across client organizations, internal Accenture teams, and third-party supplier networks to ensure all requirements are consistently met
  • Coordinate complex, multi-party planning cycles across international aerospace supply chains, maintaining clarity, accountability, and on-time delivery at every project stage

Supply Chain Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing client supply chain processes in depth, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and structural weaknesses that limit performance and agility
  • Develop new process measures and improvement strategies based on your findings, complementing and enhancing existing logistics frameworks with evidence-based solutions
  • Lead the subsequent implementation of all approved process improvements, ensuring smooth adoption across client operations and measurable performance uplift

Customer & Supplier Coordination

  • Manage direct on-site communication with aerospace clients in Augsburg, serving as the primary point of contact for all supply chain planning and operational queries
  • Liaise with suppliers across the client’s supply chain network, verifying individual qualifications, assessing performance, and maintaining strong, productive working relationships
  • Ensure seamless information flow between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to minimize disruption and maximize supply chain reliability

Data-Driven Reporting & Project Documentation

  • Manage demand planning processes to ensure clients maintain the right inventory levels, supplier relationships, and logistics capacity to meet production and delivery commitments

 Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field — equivalent professional qualifications will also be considered

Technical Skills
