Position Overview
This Junior Supply Chain Manager role at Campo Libre in Munich is a hands-on, process-driven position at the operational heart of a fast-growing outdoor e-commerce startup. You will support the full supply chain cycle — coordinating suppliers on production control and delivery timing, assisting with replenishment planning across all sales channels, managing the fulfillment service provider for inbound and outbound goods, supporting data maintenance and accounting activities, and creating monthly reports and analyses to drive smart operational decisions. Key Responsibilities
Supplier Coordination & Procurement Support
- Support the coordination of suppliers regarding production control, delivery schedules, and on-time order fulfillment
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of timely product replenishment across all Campo Libre sales channels
- Take into account key performance indicators including inventory levels, marketing campaigns, and seasonal demand patterns
- Communicate proactively with supplier partners — particularly those based in Asia — to maintain smooth procurement flow
Fulfillment & 3PL Operations Management
- Coordinate directly with Campo Libre’s fulfillment service provider on all incoming and outgoing goods activities
- Monitor order status across all sales channels and resolve operational problems with the 3PL partner efficiently
- Ensure products are reliably and punctually available across all channels through effective fulfillment coordination
- Support continuous improvement of the fulfillment operation to enhance scalability and customer delivery performance
Data Management, Reporting & Analysis
- Support data maintenance and selected accounting activities relevant to supply chain and logistics operations
- Create and maintain accurate monthly operational reports to track supply chain performance and identify trends
- Conduct analyses to support management decision-making on inventory, replenishment, and logistics strategy
- Apply a high affinity for numbers and strong diligence to maintain data accuracy across all supply chain records
Process Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to align supply chain activities with business needs
- Contribute a structured, calm, and organized working approach to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
- Actively participate in improving supply chain processes rather than simply monitoring or reporting on existing ones

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline
- Academic or professional background in purchasing, e-commerce logistics, or international supply chain management is an advantage
Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or fulfillment (3PL) operations — required for all applicants
- Experience working with Asian suppliers or managing supply chains involving Asia-based production is highly desirable
Essential Skills
- Excellent German and English language skills — both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an additional advantage
- Structured, focused work style with the ability to stay calm and organized even in fast-moving startup situations
