Efficiency Improvement & Waste Reduction
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within production lines and implement targeted improvements

- Monitor resource utilization and recommend process changes to improve throughput
Quality Monitoring & Compliance

- Coordinate with the quality control department to address non-conformances quickly and effectively
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and track performance against established benchmarks
Production Team Management & Task Distribution
