Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production Operations Management

  • Manage all end-to-end production operations for fruits, juices, fresh-cut products, smoothies, and related beverages — ensuring every production line runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards throughout each shift
  • Develop and implement comprehensive production plans that are aligned with business targets, seasonal demand patterns, and customer order requirements — delivering on commitments consistently and cost-effectively
  • Monitor production efficiency, yield performance, wastage levels, and cost control measures on a daily basis — taking swift corrective action to address any deviations that impact productivity or profitability

Food Safety, HACCP & ISO 22000 Compliance

  • Ensure rigorous compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and all applicable UAE food safety regulations and company quality standards across every stage of the production process
  • Lead food safety culture on the production floor — ensuring all team members understand and follow correct food safety procedures, personal hygiene standards, and contamination prevention practices at all times
  • Prepare for and support all internal, external, and regulatory food safety audits — ensuring the facility’s documentation, processes, and physical environment are fully audit-ready and compliant

Production Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, inspire, train, and develop a large team of production operators and supervisors — building a motivated, skilled, and food-safety-conscious workforce capable of delivering high-volume output to consistent quality standards
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide structured coaching and feedback, and manage team performance through fair, consistent, and constructive leadership practices at all levels

KPI Reporting, Continuous Improvement & Cost Control

  • Prepare accurate production reports, KPI dashboards, and management updates that provide clear visibility into production performance, efficiency trends, quality metrics, and cost variances across all product lines
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility — identifying waste reduction opportunities, process inefficiencies, and yield improvement possibilities that strengthen operational performance

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical field is required for this senior production management role
  2. Strong academic and applied grounding in food manufacturing processes, food safety management systems, and quality management principles applicable to fruits, juice, and beverage production

Experience Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in food manufacturing — with a minimum of 3 years in a production management or managerial leadership role within the food industry is a strict requirement
