  • Assist in posting job vacancies across recruitment platforms, job boards, and internal HR systems
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to ensure full visibility for the HR and hiring teams
  • Support preparation of offer letters and coordinate all pre-employment documentation efficiently and accurately

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate complete onboarding processes including documentation collection, system access setup, and induction scheduling
  • Coordinate with IT, administration, and line managers to ensure workstations and system access are ready for day one
  • Ensure all joining formalities are completed on time — including visa processing, medical documentation, and labor contracts
  • Manage employee exit processes professionally, including clearance coordination, documentation, and final settlement support

HR Administration & Record Management

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately in HRIS systems including Oracle Fusion and SAP
  • Ensure accurate and secure filing of all employee documents in both physical and digital formats
  • Prepare official HR letters including employment certificates, salary certificates, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs)
  • Support leave management and attendance tracking processes to maintain accurate workforce data

Employee Support & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and entitlements
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns promptly or redirect them to the appropriate HR team or specialist
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-building activities across the organisation

HR Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date HR dashboards and trackers covering recruitment activity, onboarding status, and employee data
  • Generate periodic HR management reports as requested by senior HR leadership and department heads
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and all internal company HR policies across all HR activities
  • Assist during internal and external audits by compiling and providing accurate HR documentation on time

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field — required

Experience Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or a comparable HR generalist role
