Position Overview
This Service Engineer – Foundation & Piling Machinery role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on foundation and piling equipment. You will conduct machine commissioning, delivery inspections, and periodic maintenance, provide on-site and remote technical support, visit customer sites to inspect equipment, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, coordinate with the spare parts team, implement product upgrades and technical modifications, and prepare accurate service reports.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance, Repairs & Commissioning
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on foundation and piling equipment
- Maintain rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall equipment, and hydraulic pile-driving rigs
- Conduct machine commissioning, delivery inspections, after-sales service, and periodic maintenance
Technical Support & Customer Visits
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues
- Visit customer sites to inspect equipment, identify maintenance requirements, and support new machine acceptance
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and carry out repairs and component replacements
Parts Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure timely parts availability and support parts sales initiatives
- Implement product upgrades, technical modifications, and service improvement programs
- Prepare accurate service reports and coordinate technical issues with engineering and sales teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with foundation and piling machinery
- Hands-on experience with rotary drilling rigs is mandatory
- Experience with diaphragm wall equipment or pile-driving rigs is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC when required
Essential Skills
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
