Position Overview
This Quality Assurance Inspector – Civil role is responsible for conducting civil works inspections, monitoring construction activities for adherence to QA/QC requirements, preparing inspection reports and maintaining quality documentation, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues, managing NCRs and corrective actions, verifying materials delivered to site, and supporting internal and external quality audits throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Civil Works Inspection & Compliance
- Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to project QA/QC requirements
- Verify materials delivered to site comply with project specifications
Documentation & NCR Management
- Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and maintain quality documentation
- Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions until closure
- Support internal and external quality audits
Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues
- Perform other duties related to quality control as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector – Civil
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Construction industry experience is mandatory
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
