Position Overview
This Analyst I, Advisory role supports Kroll’s disputes advisory, investigations, and valuation practice in Dubai. You will assist in preparing reports, financial analyses, and client deliverables; conduct research and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint; support evidence gathering and document review for investigations; assist in building financial models and damage quantification analyses; and work alongside senior team members on litigation, arbitration, and investigation matters for regional and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Report Preparation
- Assist in preparing client reports, financial analyses, and presentations for disputes and advisory engagements
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support case analysis and deliverables
- Build and review financial models and damage quantification analyses
- Prepare Excel models, PowerPoint presentations, and written analytical outputs
Disputes, Investigations & Litigation Support
- Support evidence gathering, document review, and data collection for investigation matters
- Assist in forensic accounting analysis and asset tracing assignments
- Support litigation support and international arbitration engagements
- Assist in preparing expert reports and witness statement support materials
Team Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work directly alongside Senior Analysts, Managers, and Directors on active engagements
- Contribute to business development efforts including proposal preparation and market research
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions, training, and professional development activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
- Progress toward or completion of a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, CFE) is advantageous
Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in professional services, advisory, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in disputes advisory, forensic accounting, valuation, or investigations is a strong plus
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
