Position Overview
This Piling Manager role leads and manages full-cycle piling operations, including mobilization, site setup, execution, testing, and demobilization. You will plan and supervise bored, driven, sheet, and micro piling works, review drawings and method statements, coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, ensure HSE and quality compliance, manage equipment and manpower allocation, and lead the piling team while maintaining accurate documentation and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Piling Operations
- Lead and manage full-cycle piling operations, including mobilization, site setup, execution, testing, and demobilization
- Plan and supervise the execution of piling works, including bored piles, driven piles, sheet piles, and micro piles
Technical Review & Coordination
- Review project drawings, method statements, and work schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly
HSE, Quality & Resource Management
- Ensure all piling activities comply with HSE regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Manage piling equipment, machinery, and manpower allocation efficiently
- Ensure cost control and optimal resource utilization
Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor daily progress and prepare project reports for senior management
- Ensure proper documentation, including pile records, test reports, and as-built drawings
Team Leadership
- Lead the piling team, including engineers, supervisors, and foremen
- Drive accountability and performance across multiple concurrent project sites
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in piling works, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects
- Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle of piling works
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of piling methods, soil conditions, and foundation engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and geotechnical reports
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards is highly preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Arabic speaking is mandatory (proficiency in English is preferred)
