The Implementation Coordinator provides the logistical support necessary to move strategic advice into the realm of action for a regional logistics and investment group. This role exists to ensure that recommendations regarding governance and operating models are tracked, monitored, and delivered with precision — a vital function that allows the firm to maintain accountability to clients as they navigate complex transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate remote scheduling for governance reviews and principal-led interviews with client stakeholders
- Monitor the flow of information between the firm and the client to ensure no data requests are missed
Materials Preparation & Research
