- Provide expert recommendations on packaging definitions for new cosmetic products, ensuring compatibility between formulation, packaging chemistry, and shelf life requirements
- Develop and define routings for new products, outlining the manufacturing steps and production sequences required for efficient and compliant production
Project Feasibility & Engineering Collaboration
- Support Project Manager teams with the technical and manufacturing feasibility of new cosmetics projects within the plant
- Confer with engineers to analyse, interpret, and develop tests that validate product chemistry, stability, and manufacturing compatibility
- Contribute technical expertise to cross-functional project teams during the new product introduction and commercialisation process
GMP Compliance & Quality Standards
- Operate consistently within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, applying knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice to all daily activities
- Apply specialised knowledge of chemistry and cosmetics manufacturing to maintain and improve product quality and compliance standards
- Support the implementation of quality standards and regulatory requirements applicable to cosmetics manufacturing in the UAE
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements
