Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator at Reckitt Heidelberg is a cornerstone leadership position within the company’s European supply chain network. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing a team of factory employees, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of supply operations, and driving manufacturing excellence through proven methodologies including 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and root cause analysis. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, nurture, and develop a team of dedicated factory employees across supply and logistics operations in Heidelberg

Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Ensure the smooth, efficient day-to-day running of all supply chain and manufacturing operations at the Heidelberg facility

- Collaborate with Global Supply Planning and Procurement teams to align local operations with Reckitt’s global supply strategy
- Support Logistics Excellence initiatives to develop innovative product distribution approaches across Reckitt’s European network
Manufacturing Excellence & Process Improvement
- Implement and sustain 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and root cause analysis methodologies across factory operations
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing
- Apply a solution-oriented approach to complex operational challenges, delivering measurable performance improvements
- Contribute to Reckitt’s Manufacturing Excellence program to raise quality, efficiency, and safety standards at the plant level
Analytics & Business Partnership
- Leverage advanced analytics and data analytics tools to support supply chain planning and logistics management decisions
- Build strong business partnerships and collaborative relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Substantial experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment — FMCG, hygiene, health, or related sector preferred
- Proven track record of leadership and team management within a factory or supply chain setting
- Well-versed in 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and root cause analysis methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes with hands-on experience leading factory employees
