Month-End Closing & Financial Operations
- Manage selected month-end closing activities — particularly those relating to product destructions, inventory write-downs, and the reconciliation of relevant financial systems
- Oversee project cost controlling for the warehouse expansion in Butzbach, working in close collaboration with the local Controlling team and Fixed Asset Accounting
- Prepare management reports and decision papers that clearly communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities across the Supply Chain to senior leadership
Reporting, BI & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Continuously enhance the reporting landscape by developing and optimising reports and dashboards using Infor BI and Tableau — providing meaningful, actionable insights for Supply Chain and management decision-making
- Work closely with colleagues from Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics (Butzbach site), and Finance to support sound, well-informed business and financial decisions across the organization
