Position Overview
This Trainee Intern — AI Enablement & Business Analytics at Gradiant analyses and structures ERP, operational, and business data into meaningful insights, develops executive dashboards and KPI reports across business functions, designs and maintains interactive Power BI dashboards and live reporting solutions, automates reporting workflows, drives adoption of enterprise AI tools including ChatGPT/OpenAI and Claude, implements AI-assisted workflows to streamline business processes, collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, Projects, and Production teams, supports management presentations and business reviews, and maintains the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality throughout.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics & Power BI Dashboard Development
- Analyse and structure ERP, operational, and business data into meaningful, decision-grade insights
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analytics across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production functions
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and live reporting solutions for real-time business visibility
- Automate reporting workflows and deliver clear, presentation-ready visualisations for management and leadership
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities that support strategic business decision-making
AI Enablement, Automation & Workflow Innovation
- Drive adoption of enterprise AI tools — ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, and cloud productivity platforms — to enhance reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency
- Implement AI-assisted workflows to streamline business processes across Sales, Operations, Finance, Projects, and Production teams
- Explore and prototype intelligent automation solutions that deliver measurable time and productivity savings
Data Governance & Management Reporting
- Support management presentations, business reviews, and strategic initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret cross-functional business data
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Genuine interest in AI, business intelligence, and digital transformation
Advantageous Skills
- Familiarity with data engineering or business intelligence tools
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms — ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, and cloud productivity solutions
- Prior internship or relevant industry experience — an advantage but not mandatory
