Key Responsibilities

- Identify and manage suppliers for multiple categories, ensuring all supply-related risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated
- Manage end-to-end sourcing of categories for the organisation and its affiliate organisations across diverse procurement needs
- Support the development and execution of annual category plans, ensuring plans are delivered on time and to target
- Develop category intelligence through detailed market research, spending analysis, and supplier performance reporting
Supplier Negotiations & Value Creation
- Undertake direct negotiations with suppliers to ensure value creation, cost savings, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved
- Support establishment of all agreement types — one-time, long-term, framework, and other procurement arrangements as required
- Support re-negotiations of all existing agreements to ensure continued competitiveness and value alignment over time
- Identify and leverage opportunities to improve procurement value across all managed categories through strategic sourcing initiatives
Contract Administration & Compliance
- Support administration of all agreements across multiple categories, ensuring all parties maintain full compliance and high performance
- Ensure compliance requirements and decision-making expectations of procurement committees and personnel are consistently met
- Support increase in contract coverage across the organisation and work to reduce requisition-to-order turnaround times
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation to support audit, governance, and performance review requirements
Stakeholder Management & Category Intelligence
- Support management of internal and external stakeholder expectations across all supply management activities and categories
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand evolving procurement needs and translate them into actionable sourcing plans
- Develop category intelligence via detailed reporting, market analysis, and supplier performance data for management review
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and compliance frameworks within the supply function
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field — required for this procurement role
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) certification or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferable
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply management, procurement, category sourcing, or a closely related role
