Position Overview
This SCM Specialist role manages overall supply chain activities from purchasing through end customer supply, ensuring and coordinating inventory levels, delivery order processing to headquarters, and inbound/outbound logistics. You will monitor warehousing and logistics service contracts, coordinate the complete transportation chain, process logistics-related costs, conduct monthly stock analysis and inventory management, handle customer service and complaints, manage customs clearance and duty administration, and maintain close communication with sales, customers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Manage overall supply chain from purchasing until end customer supply
- Ensure and coordinate inventory levels, purchasing, and delivery order processing to headquarters
- Handle inbound/outbound logistics operations
- Conduct monthly stock analysis and inventory management, including on-site stock investigation
Logistics & Transportation Coordination
- Support and monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
- Coordinate the complete handling of the transportation chain and logistics processes
- Monitor, review, and process logistics-related costs
- Manage customs clearance and duty administration
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle customer service and complaint resolution
- Maintain close communication with sales, customers, and logistics partners
- Manage customer balance confirmation and account verification
Financial & Administrative Processing
- Perform monthly closing of inventory levels and customer invoicing
- Process purchase orders and prepare sales invoices
- Track supplier contracts, check, and enter supplier invoices
- Support sales/accounting-related administration and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification
Technical Skills
- Proficient with PC and related software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Business fluency in English required; knowledge of German is a plus
