We’re hiring a QA & Inventory Control Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is not a desk-based QA role — you’ll be on the warehouse floor, working closely with warehouse and logistics teams and acting as the quality gatekeeper for every product entering and leaving our facilities, from inbound inspection through outbound dispatch and FIFO inventory control.

Position Overview
This QA & Inventory Control Officer role at Kemipex involves inspecting every incoming consignment before storage, verifying labels and packing before outbound dispatch, monitoring inventory aging and enforcing FIFO practices, investigating non-moving or aging stock, recording every discrepancy or non-conformance in the system, maintaining photographic evidence, and following up on issues until fully resolved and closed.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Inspection – Check Before Storage
- Inspect every incoming consignment physically
- Verify product, quantity, batch number, certificates, packing, and labels against documents
- Identify and report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy
- Ensure products are correctly labeled before entering storage
Outbound Inspection – Check Before Dispatch
- Verify labels and packing before loading
- Ensure customer-specific labeling requirements are followed
- Stop and escalate any dispatch that does not meet required standards
Inventory Control – Keep Stock Moving
- Monitor inventory aging across warehouses
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
- Investigate stock that is not being picked or is aging, and recommend corrective actions
Quality & Non-Conformance Management
- Record every discrepancy, damage, or labeling issue immediately in the system
- Maintain photographic evidence where required
- Follow up on non-conformances until fully resolved and closed
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience preferred; prior experience helpful but not mandatory
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
