Position Overview

As a natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor, supervising day-to-day F&B outlet activities and aiding in financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Floor Leadership & Guest Experience
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Maintain the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor
Revenue Programs & Promotions
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
Financial & Budget Management
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Team Leadership & Product Knowledge
- Bring the core value of ‘TEAM’ to the restaurant and motivate staff
- Maintain extensive F&B knowledge, remembering and recalling ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
Essential Skills
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Serve and Respeak
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus
