Position Overview
The Funding Advisor (Equity Basis Only) is a full-time remote role focused on identifying, cultivating, and advising potential investors and strategic funding partners for HireXAI. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and qualifying prospective investors, preparing and presenting funding materials, and communicating HireXAI’s value proposition, financial outlook, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Research & Qualification
- Research and qualify prospective investors and strategic funding partners
- Manage investor pipelines throughout the fundraising process
Funding Materials & Communication
- Prepare and present funding materials communicating HireXAI’s value proposition and growth strategy
- Communicate financial outlook clearly to prospective investors
Due Diligence & Deal Structuring
- Support due diligence processes with prospective investors
- Collaborate with leadership to refine funding strategies and deal structures on an equity-only basis
Relationship Management & Representation
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing timely updates on performance and milestones
- Represent HireXAI professionally in virtual meetings, pitches, and industry events
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Skills
- Strong finance and investments skills, including understanding of fundraising, valuation, cap tables, and startup/venture ecosystems
- Sales and customer service experience, with the ability to build relationships and communicate complex information clearly
- Portfolio management capabilities, including tracking investor interests and managing deal flow
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and presentation skills
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment, operating independently in an early-stage, fast-paced setting
Relevant Background
- Prior experience in venture capital, investment banking, startup fundraising, or financial advisory
- Familiarity with AI or SaaS business models is highly beneficial
