Position Overview
This GTM Engineer role owns the outreach engine and the data behind it: ingesting, deduping, and enriching many sources into one clean spine. You will build the targeting brain that identifies the right ICP and the right moment to reach out, drive data quality through domain matching, entity resolution, and enrichment, and monitor the health of the live engine — deliverability, suppression, and outcomes — wiring meetings and replies back into the data.

Key Responsibilities
Outreach Engine Ownership
- Own and build the outreach engine end-to-end
- Ensure every touch is researched and worth the other person’s time
Data Pipeline & Quality
- Ingest, dedup, and enrich many data sources into one clean spine
- Drive data quality through domain matching, entity resolution, and enrichment
Targeting & Timing Systems
- Build the targeting brain: systems that identify the right ICP and the right moment to reach out
- Run suppression checks before anything goes out
Engine Health & Outcome Tracking
- Monitor deliverability, suppression, and outcomes across the live engine
- Wire meetings and replies back into the data to continuously improve performance
- Nurture relationships started through outreach for the long run
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Have owned top of funnel somewhere and driven new meetings, regardless of title
- Have worked one ICP deep and long, including fighting hard sales cycles, not just easy ones
Data Fluency
- Know your numbers from memory: volume, reply rate, booked rate, and what you refused to send
Technical Skills
- Write some real code: scripts, APIs, n8n, Clay, and Claude Code with MCPs all count
- Strong SQL or Python is a bonus, not a requirement
