- Identify and record deficiencies, non-compliance issues, and operational risks — ensuring all identified issues are formally documented, assigned for resolution, tracked through to closure, and escalated appropriately when contractors fail to remediate within agreed timeframes
- Ensure timely closure of all defects and inspection observations through structured follow-up — maintaining closure tracking records and reporting outstanding items to the Facilities Manager with recommended escalation actions when required
- Ensure all maintenance activities and asset conditions comply with regulatory, statutory, and HSE requirements applicable in Abu Dhabi — maintaining current knowledge of relevant authority requirements and proactively identifying compliance risks before they become regulatory issues
4. Documentation, Reporting & Contractor Approvals
- Review and verify maintenance documentation, asset registers, and service reports — ensuring all FM documentation is accurate, current, properly formatted, and maintained in a manner that supports effective asset management decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Prepare periodic technical reports highlighting FM performance, asset risks, and improvement areas — producing clear, well-structured reports for the Facilities Manager and internal stakeholders that provide actionable insight into service delivery quality and asset management status

5. HSE, Risk & Stakeholder Coordination
