Position Overview
The Food Quality Manager role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Sharjah, overseeing food safety standards across all relevant facilities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring food preparation processes, conducting quality checks, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective actions. You will collaborate with operational teams to train staff on food safety procedures, support continuous improvement in service delivery, and respond to internal feedback related to food quality, all while aligning initiatives with the Centre’s broader goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong expertise in Food Safety, including hygiene standards, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Skills in Food & Beverage operations, including menu oversight, food handling workflows, and quality control
Leadership & Service Skills
- Abilities in Training and Team Leadership to guide and coach staff on food quality and safety protocols
- Solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, feedback, and stakeholder experience
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or degree in food science, nutrition, hospitality management, or a related field
- Professional certification in food safety or HACCP is an advantage
