Position Overview
This part-time Agriculture Field Sales Associate role blends technical equipment operation, light troubleshooting, customer onboarding, and relationship support. You will travel to customer farms, demo Agrofocal’s crop monitoring system mounted on farm vehicles, provide in-field technical and customer support, and report customer feedback back to the team, ensuring farmers have a smooth, productive experience with the technology.

Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Equipment Demos
- Travel to customer farms and operate the crop monitoring system on farm vehicles
- Demo the AI and computer vision-powered technology directly to farmers
- Drive farm vehicles such as ATVs and Quads as part of equipment setup
- Ensure the system runs smoothly during on-site customer visits
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide in-field technical and customer support during equipment demos
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting with full training provided
- Support customer onboarding to ensure a smooth first experience with the technology
- Build strong working relationships with farm customers
Feedback & Communication
- Report customer feedback and field observations back to the Agrofocal team
- Communicate clearly with farmers and internal team members
- Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience in the field
