Position Overview

- Perform and oversee general civil, agricultural, and environmental engineering design work
Client Relationship & Business Development
- Serve as primary client contact providing clear communication and updates
- Deliver technical guidance to support client project needs
- Support business development by preparing proposals

Project & Financial Management
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and production staff
- Oversee and manage contract budgets and financial performance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Align project delivery with client expectations throughout the lifecycle
Team Mentorship & Cross-Disciplinary Coordination
- Mentor, develop, and manage staff to support their growth
- Support office and company growth initiatives
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary MSG teams including Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Civil, Traffic, Transportation, and Construction Services

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Agricultural, or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
Experience Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience
- Proven ability to manage projects, staff, and budgets effectively
Technical Skills
- Strong AutoCAD design experience
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in a team-oriented environment
