Key Responsibilities

- Document and submit detailed field observation reports accurately and on schedule
Safety & Operational Compliance
- Strictly follow client operational policies and all workplace safety procedures at all times
- Safely lift and handle materials and equipment up to 50 pounds as part of regular field duties
- Operate agricultural equipment responsibly and in accordance with safety regulations
- Maintain reliable personal transportation to field sites including a valid driver’s license where required
Agricultural Equipment & Technology
- Operate agricultural field equipment during research activities and data collection sessions
- Recognize, diagnose, and flag equipment issues early to minimize downtime and disruption
- Utilize modern agri-technology tools including drones, iOS mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications
- Support precision agriculture initiatives using digital data capture and reporting tools
