Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager at Mohamed Hilal Group in Dubai is a full-time, senior leadership role responsible for the complete daily operations of a premium dining establishment. Key Responsibilities
Daily Restaurant Operations Management
- Oversee the complete daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and seamless service delivery at all times

- Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are impeccably maintained throughout every service period
- Monitor food quality, service timing, and plating presentation in close coordination with kitchen leadership teams
- Maintain full compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations across all aspects of restaurant operations
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, train, inspire, and motivate front-of-house and service teams to consistently deliver luxury-level guest experiences
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, personal grooming standards, and individual performance with fairness and consistency

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a closely related field is required
- Additional qualifications in Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration, or luxury brand management are an advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager specifically within premium, luxury, or fine dining concepts
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, and restaurant financial performance with measurable results
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations management software
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality brands within the UAE or broader GCC region is strongly preferred
