Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field
- Or equivalent industry experience considered
Experience Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of agronomy operations, including application equipment and crop inputs
- Experience with inventory control, safety programs, and operational planning
Licensing
- CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred or ability to obtain
- Custom Applicator License preferred or ability to obtain
