Position Overview
The AI GTM Engineer at The Revenue Architects is a forward-deployed, full-stack engineering role at the intersection of artificial intelligence, go-to-market systems, and B2B growth operations. Half of your time will be spent shipping client systems — turning business objectives into working solutions within days using Clay, CRMs, data warehouses, APIs, and AI agents. The other half will be dedicated to owning and improving the company’s internal platform — the apps, Snowflake data layer, quality evaluation loops, playbooks, and agent infrastructure that powers everything. You will be on client calls, presenting your work live, iterating fast, building the quality review loop that agents run before any work ships, and staying at the very frontier of what’s possible with AI agents and GTM tooling. This role is not for someone who is “exploring” AI. It is for someone who already works with AI by default and wants to do it at maximum intensity on high-stakes B2B growth problems in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities
Client System Delivery
- Take a business objective — “route visitors to sequences by intent” or “fix account scoring” — and ship a working system within days
- Build live across Clay, CRM platforms, data warehouses, APIs, and AI agents with real client data and real revenue stakes
- Join client calls, present your work directly, and iterate live based on feedback from founders and GTM leaders
- Turn deliverables into reusable patterns and playbooks that feed back into the internal platform for future clients
Internal Platform Ownership
- Own the internal platform — including apps, the Snowflake data layer, and the agent infrastructure that all client work depends on
- Build and maintain the quality evaluation loop: agent reviews every piece of work before it ships, against senior GTM engineer standards
- Design and run evals, CI/CD for GTM work, and structured reviews that keep quality high as output speed increases
- Convert one-off client delivery into playbooks that agents can execute autonomously and keep those playbooks current
AI Research & Frontier Awareness
- Run the research loop — test new models, agent frameworks, and GTM tools continuously and document what works and why
- Stay at the absolute frontier of AI agents and GTM tooling — you know the three most interesting things that happened this week because you tried them
- Raise the team’s AI reflexes through reviews, PRs, and getting more leverage from Claude Code and agent workflows
- Evaluate and integrate new tooling — evals frameworks, outbound infrastructure, data enrichment, intent signals — before clients ask for them

Background
- Engineering school or top business school on a quantitative track — technical foundation is non-negotiable
- You write code and have shipped real software that real people used — you know git, PRs, testing, and CI/CD
- You have gone customer-facing: forward-deployed, solutions, growth, or GTM engineering — ideally at a startup
- You understand the business, not just the stack — pipeline, conversion, and ICP are meaningful metrics to you
