Position Overview
This AI Outcome Customer Engineer role starts in the agreement cycle for strategic AI accounts. You will assess feasibility, shape proposals for long-term adoption, design how AI models, agents and connectors fit into customer data pipelines, identity and compliance boundaries, diagnose code-level issues and work as the link to Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Shaping
- Work with account teams and practice Customer Engineers in evaluation phases to assess feasibility and shape proposals for long-term adoption
- Validate FDE engagement requests
Architecture & Integration
- Lead upfront design of enterprise AI solutions
- Embed models, agents and connectors securely into customer data pipelines, identity providers and compliance boundaries
Debugging & Product Liaison
- Dive into code-level context to solve complex implementation issues and find core product bugs
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering and turn field feedback into feature requests
- Steer implementation strategy and own the reality of delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with technical delivery strategy and working with product or engineering teams
- Experience reading or debugging code in Java, Python, JavaScript or similar
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI
- Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), cloud infrastructure or AI/ML model deployments

- Deep problem solving and credible architectural solutions under ambiguity
- Orchestrating specialised technical resources for complex builds
- Presenting to and influencing technical stakeholders and executives
