Key Responsibilities
Asset Integrity Planning & Implementation
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity plans covering inspection, maintenance, condition monitoring, and risk mitigation strategies
- Review inspection and maintenance data to assess asset health, identify degradation trends, and inform integrity decisions
- Establish asset integrity standards and performance monitoring frameworks in coordination with engineering and operations teams
- Maintain complete and accurate asset integrity documentation including plans, registers, inspection records, and compliance reports
Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) & Risk Assessment
- Oversee risk assessments and risk-based inspection (RBI) programmes to prioritise inspection activities based on consequence and likelihood of failure
- Apply knowledge of inspection techniques, condition monitoring, and failure analysis to identify and address asset anomalies
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies — ensuring corrective actions are defined, tracked, and closed out effectively
- Ensure all RBI and inspection activities comply with relevant international standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
Cross-Functional Coordination & HSE Compliance
- Coordinate proactively with engineering, operations, and HSE teams to establish standards, monitor asset performance, and address failures
- Advise on compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices for asset integrity management
- Support HSE teams with asset reliability data and integrity assessments relevant to safety case and regulatory compliance requirements

Technical Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare clear, accurate technical reports translating inspection findings and integrity assessments into actionable plans for operations and management

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering — Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related technical field (REQUIRED)
- Professional certifications in asset integrity, reliability engineering, or inspection (e.g. API 510/570/653, CSWIP, PCN) are a strong advantage
