When a guest leaves behind a passport, a watch or a medication box, someone has to protect it, trace the owner and get it back safely. Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to be the UAE’s first integrated resort, is hiring an Assistant Manager – Lost & Found to run that service with care, accuracy and discretion.
About the Role
The resort is due to open in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah, with 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theatre, a beach club, a spa and an events centre. You will oversee how found items are received, logged, photographed, tagged and stored. You will handle high-value and sensitive items under strict chain-of-custody rules, manage guest enquiries and claims, verify ownership before release, arrange collection or courier return with customs paperwork, work with Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, F&B and Gaming, and lead the Lost & Found team.

You would deputise for the Manager, write and maintain procedures, train colleagues across departments and report trends to Rooms leadership. Pre-opening experience at a major luxury resort is valuable on a CV. The listing mentions no specific promotion path.
