Position Overview
In this role, you support the nursing team professionally, manage complex care situations and help ensure and improve the quality of care. You carry out care visits for new and returning clients, and advise and train nursing staff in intensive care at home, especially on ventilation, inhalation, humidifying breathing air, tracheostomy and tracheostomy care, and endotracheal suctioning. You also take on on-call duty, including weekends and public holidays, and work closely with treating specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Care & Advice
- Carry out care visits for new and returning clients
- Advise and instruct nursing staff in intensive care at home on ventilation, inhalation, humidifying breathing air, tracheostomy care and suctioning
On-Call & Collaboration
- Take on on-call duty for colleagues, including weekends and public holidays
- Work closely with treating specialists
Training & Equipment
- Help with onboarding of new staff and guide interns and trainees
- Organise and run equipment training and make sure documentation is correct
Qualifications
Qualification
- Registered nurse (m/f/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience in ventilation
- Completed certified expert course (at least 200 hours) as Nursing Expert for Outpatient Ventilation
