Position Overview
This Barback role at Le Café LPM supports the bartender by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready so they can focus on the guests and the craft. You will learn the products, equipment, and setup, keep everything organised before and during service, maintain the bar’s cleanliness and compliance throughout the shift, and support the bartender and wider team while staying present, positive, and always where you’re needed.

Experience Requirements
- No prior experience required — energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in the bar are what matter most
- Some bar or hospitality experience is a plus
