Key Responsibilities
Civil Engineering Design & Technical Documentation
- Plan and design civil engineering elements of real estate and infrastructure projects in alignment with ADM standards and local regulations
- Prepare design drawings, technical reports, and engineering calculations using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent design tools
- Review project specifications, tender documents, and contractor submittals for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to stormwater management solutions including drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance
Site Supervision & Construction Monitoring
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify that all work complies with approved designs and quality benchmarks
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction — recommending practical solutions to keep projects on programme
- Verify compliance with approved designs, safety requirements, and quality standards at every stage of construction
- Ensure all on-site activities are carried out safely and in accordance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
ADM Compliance & Authority Coordination

- Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other relevant authorities throughout the project approval, inspection, and handover process
- Maintain ADM-compliant documentation, drawings, and technical reports for all project submissions and authority approvals
- Support planning applications, NOC requests, and regulatory submissions as required by local authority procedures
Project Coordination, Planning & Stakeholder Reporting
- Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth multi-discipline project delivery
- Manage project timelines, resources, and coordination among multidisciplinary teams — contributing to project planning and scheduling

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline (REQUIRED)
