Maison Yeya is seeking a skilled Pattern Maker & Cutter to join the haute couture team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and digital pattern making, with expertise in developing patterns for luxury garments such as wedding and evening dresses. This role involves close collaboration with the design and production teams to ensure each piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and fit.

 Key Responsibilities
Pattern Development & Design Translation
- Create, develop, and adjust patterns based on design concepts for couture garments
- Execute both manual and digital pattern making using tools such as CLO3D and Adobe Illustrator
- Ensure all patterns align with the aesthetic and technical standards of Maison Yeya
Fittings & Garment Construction
- Participate in fittings, making necessary adjustments for perfect garment construction and fit
- Analyze and solve pattern-related issues efficiently
Fabric Cutting & Precision Work
- Cut fabrics accurately based on approved patterns, ensuring precise preparation for garment construction
- Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish across all cut pieces
Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate closely with designers and seamstresses to ensure accuracy and quality in all patterns
- Maintain an organized archive of patterns and related documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in manual and digital pattern making
- Experience in fittings, alterations, and couture finishing techniques
- Prior experience in a similar haute couture or luxury fashion role is highly preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, draping, and fabric behavior
