Key Responsibilities
Crop Input Sales & Territory Account Management
- Sell Nutrien Ag Solutions’ comprehensive range of crop inputs and services — including Loveland Products, Proven® Seed, Dyna-Gro® Seed, and custom application services — within your assigned Oxnard, California territory
- Maintain well-organized sales programs within your assigned territory and accounts, ensuring all customer relationships are actively nurtured, service levels are consistently high, and annual sales goals are reliably met
- Build and expand customer contacts within the Oxnard agricultural community, identifying new account opportunities and strengthening existing relationships through responsive, knowledgeable agronomic service
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and new product developments across California’s agricultural sector — using these insights to strengthen account retention and identify growth opportunities
Soil, Tissue & Water Analysis Interpretation

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
