Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
Agronomy & Crop Scouting Operations
- Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including crop scouting techniques and field assessment
- Learn crop protection products and proper application procedures for pest and disease management
- Understand crop nutrient products and their application for crop health and yield optimization
- Develop expertise in seed selection and understanding different seed varieties for crop performance
- Perform crop scouting activities and monitor field conditions throughout growing season
Field Operations & Equipment Management
- Perform all agronomy and seed operations under supervision of experienced professionals
- Learn truck driving skills and safe product delivery procedures for agricultural operations

Educational Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Agriculture Business degree program
